What kind of products do you sell?
We offer a variety of church-branded merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, hats, mugs and more. All purchases support the different ministries and outreach efforts of Real Life.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Standard shipping times are 5–7 business days, depending on your location.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer local pickup. Please keep in mind that items are transferred out of our Clermont location, so transit time between Clermont and either Orlando or Mount Dora can take up to 14 days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our store is powered by Shopify. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other secure payment methods offered through the Shopify checkout system.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Shopify provides secure, encrypted checkout to protect your payment and personal information.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes. Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve any issues related to defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Do you offer bulk orders or group discounts?
Not at this time. All items are sold individually through our online store.
